Ps150 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document contains binding terms governing your use of the ps150 online Sports Betting and casino platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

By registering or using the ps150 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ps150 as the service provider.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and ps150 ("Platform") regarding your use of the ps150 website, mobile application, and all services provided by ps150. By accessing or using any part of the ps150 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
The ps150 platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. Users below this age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using any ps150 services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
Ps150 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms apply only to services provided directly by ps150. Third-party services accessible through this platform may have their own separate terms of use, and users are responsible for complying with them.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access ps150's full range of services, users are required to register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Required details include full name, active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other information needed for identity verification (KYC) purposes.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account with ps150. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of any existing balances. ps150 reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspicious activity related to multiple account ownership.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. ps150 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from disclosure of your password to a third party or unauthorised access to your account. Please contact ps150 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Ps150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to comply with this verification request may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ps150 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or activities that harm other users or the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the ps150 platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in any transaction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate games or the betting process.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Attempting to access another user's account or hacking the platform's security systems.
- Posting or transmitting obscene, harmful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content through the platform.
Ps150 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any confirmed violation will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Users also agree to comply with all specific terms and conditions relating to any promotions, bonuses, or special offers made available by ps150 from time to time. The specific terms for each promotion will be set out separately, and users are responsible for understanding them before participating.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the ps150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ps150 supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX (Internet Banking), bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and belong to them.
Deposits into your ps150 account are typically processed within minutes, depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed within 24 business hours, subject to successful identity verification. ps150 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if additional verification is required or if signs of suspicious activity are detected.
The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on the chosen method and the user's account status. ps150 does not charge additional fees on deposits; however, banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own processing fees, which are beyond ps150's control.
Ps150 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ps150 will comply with all applicable Malaysian legal requirements, including reporting suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Users involved in such activities are not entitled to any compensation for actions taken.
5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ps150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time with reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or at the direction of a competent authority.
Account suspension may be temporary pending the outcome of an investigation, or permanent if a serious breach is confirmed. During the suspension period, users will be unable to access their account, make deposits, place bets, or make withdrawals. ps150 will notify users of a suspension via email or their registered communication channel where circumstances allow.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through ps150 customer support. Prior to closure, users must ensure there are no outstanding balances and that all pending withdrawals have been processed. ps150 reserves the right to hold funds in a closed account on fraud grounds pending the outcome of an investigation.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ps150 reserves the right to seize all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses suffered by the platform or other users. ps150's decision in such matters is final and binding.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
Ps150 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, unauthorised account access, or betting outcomes. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk. ps150 provides its services on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ps150 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of ps150 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ps150.
Third-Party Links
The ps150 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ps150 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ps150 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
